[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Bolsover Partnership wishes to commission an organisation, or consortia, that can improve health outcomes and reduce energy requirements by developing an innovative Affordable Warmth Buddy Scheme to work with vulnerable households that have been identified as being in fuel poverty within targeted areas of Bolsover district. The project will help create a lasting legacy and sustainability of fuel poverty knowledge and skills which are currently provided by local services, but that may be affected in future by limitations of funding. The successful bidder will be expected to demonstrate how their proposal adds value and enhances existing provision and the arrangements that will be put in place to ensure there is flexibility to take account of other and emerging activities.
