NWUPC is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”) on behalf of members of NWUPC, and the Crescent Purchasing Consortia (CPC). The Contract Notice has been advertised in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union and on Contracts Finder and the process is being conducted under the EU Procurement Directive’s, Open Procedure. This Framework Agreement will commence on 1st March 2016 for an initial period of 24 months until 28th February 2018 with the option to extend the Agreement for 12 months until 28th February 2019 and a further 12 months until 29th February 2020 subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance.
