For the site above, Essex Housing are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Construction Contractor to deliver the scheme, comprising approximately 32 apartments for private sale, affordable housing and specialist housing (representing approximately 35%) together with associated external works, landscaping and car parking. The indicative budget for the scheme is between £3.4m and £3.6m. Please note the scheme is currently at concept design stage and a planning application has been submitted to Chelmsford City Council.
