[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](/opportunities/for-small-businesses)## About this tender The contract has been awarded with the following tasks being carried out: • Develop a methodology for capturing and analysing appropriate quantitative data to establish a baseline position and to be updated to measure progress against key indicators. The methodology needs to enable comparison across different areas. • A format or model through which the data and the analysis of the data can be shared with our partners in the cultural, education, health and public sectors. • The model needs to create profiles for each local authority area in the West Midlands region.
