Improving security is a high profile issue for everyone on these estates (residents, Tenancy Management team, Police, Councillors etc) and Hillingdon wishes to increase security for these blocks to deter anti-social behaviour and make minor improvements to security as requested by residents. Hillingdon also wishes to carry out security and refuse storage refurbishment works to the various sites as identified and recorded in the Schedule of Works. The works are to provide new communal doors, video entry phones, fencing, gating, lighting & refuse storage improvements.
