Three of the blocks are finished in concrete block, while the other four have a painted smooth render finish. The exterior of these properties are now up for renewal, this project consists of works to refurbish the exterior, including replacement roofs, facias, soffits, rainwater goods, and the preparation and repainting the blocks that have a painted finish. Part of these works includes investigation of the installed cavity insulation, and the removal and replacement with a suitable modern equivalent. Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box below entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
