The contract scope includes: the manufacturer, survey, supply and installation of PVC-U window and patio door units and associated fittings in support of new build contracts, annual refurbishment programmes and response maintenance services. With a focus on improving efficiencies, reducing costs, increasing long term resident satisfaction, and achieving a sustainable design and management solution. Sovereign Housing Association Ltd (SHA) wishes to deliver services through a Windows (supply and installation of) Framework. The Framework will be made up of 2 distinct Lots.
