The University's Purchasing Procedure stipulates that all requirements for on-campus hospitality and catering provisions should be made to EAT@Event Catering, with the exception of low risk self-catered events requiring very simple arrangements for light refreshments, but in the event that EAT@Event Catering are unable to supply the requirement approved external catering Suppliers may be used.
