This project will be extremely high profile and attract intense media and public attention. The department would require: - consultancy services to help design an appropriate design competition process - administrative service to run the competition - advisory support during the competition on best practice - introductions into new and existing design practices The process will generate national media coverage and be capable of withstanding significant scrutiny, as well as retaining as far as possible the support of an extremely diverse and vocal stakeholder community.
