This opportunity includes minimum necessary enabling new build developmentto achieve beneficial use of the listing buildings. This enabling development was excluded from the previousopportunity Additional information: The property extends to approximately 13 hectares (32 acres) and comprises of a former hospital. The estimate value included in this opportunity provides for a range of disposal values for the property.
