[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](/opportunities/for-small-businesses)## About this tender The contractor shall rid the locations of the pests specified in ANNEX B2 (Appendix 1) On completing stage 1 to the satisfaction of the Trust the contractor shall carry out the visits to monitor and control pest infestations. The Contractor will also advise the Trust on potential sites for infestations and possible points of entry for pests and methods of prevention. Following the site survey, the Contractor must provide a schedule of work required to rid the premises of pests and of future visits to monitor pest activity. The contract shall subsist for a period of two years subject to satisfactory performance. It may therefore be extended for a further two years and also for a further two years at the Trust’s sole discretion.
