Each of the lots will be scored separately and bidders are to note that the highest scoring bidder for each separate lot will be awarded the contract in accordance with the evaluation weightings as shown on Delta. Bidders are to be aware that this could result in three different suppliers/companies being awarded a contract for the three specific lots. “Under the contract the contractor and its supply chain will be required to actively participate in the achievement of social objectives relating to employment, \[skills development and training\] initiatives. Accordingly the contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social considerations.
