Additional information: Blackpool and The Fylde College is inviting tenders for the provision of 1 x C41 Developer unit as per the specification herein detailed. The College expressly reserves the rights : - To terminate the procurement process at any time; - To make whatever changes in may see fit to the content and structure of the procurement; - To award a contract covering part only of the College's requirements; - To disqualify any organisation from the process that canvasses any employee of the College during the procurement process or standstill period if applicable; - Seek clarifications to tender responses on the basis that any clarification sought will not confer any undue competitive advantage in the favour of any supplier from whom such clarifications are being sought; - Where the College perceive that there is a conflict of interest, either personal or in consideration of any organisation bidding for the contract, the College shall have the explicit right to immediately exclude that person or organisation from the tender process entirely; - To request that all bidders for any contract for services actively demonstrate how their service will improve and contribute to the local economy, including but not restricted to the provision of local labour incorporating the employment of apprentices within the business who will actively contribute to the contract. - Where the College has engaged in any pre-market soft testing prior to the commencement of the procurement process, the College reserves the right to name any organisation that has been involved in these discussions and release any and all specifications / discussion documents to the market where appropriate to the subject matter of this procurement; and - In no circumstances will the College be liable for any costs incurred by candidates. The “Tenderer” is the person, firm or company responding to this Invitation to Tender by submitting a Tender for the consideration of Blackpool and The Fylde College. The successful Tenderer(s) will be required to work closely with the College to ensure the satisfactory management of any resulting contract. Tenders must be valid for acceptance for a minimum of 90 days from the last date advised for submission. Tenderers confirm that their offer will allow for full project completion in accordance with agreed lead times The “Supplier(s)” is/are the Tenderer(s) whose Tender is accepted in whole or in part by Blackpool and The Fylde College and who undertakes to accept orders for goods or services within the terms of the Tender from Blackpool and The Fylde College.
