The Contract has been awarded in Lots for planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to legislative requirements as well as reactive maintenance services. The Lots are broken down as follows: - Lot 1Mechanical - Lot 2Electrical - Lot 3Specialist Electrical - Lot 4Heating - Lot 5Legionella The Contract has been awarded for an initial term of three years (36 months) commencing from 01 April 2016 and expiring on 31 March 2019. There will be an option available to extend the contract by up to a further three years (36 months of 3 x twelve (12) monthly intervals). The total final value of contract advised in this award notice is the indicative for the contract life including extensions available. The tender produced only Year 1 figures for PPM. Expenditure on reactive maintenance is unknown and dependent on volume of reactive works. The total Year 1 PPM value is 173,691.17 GBP. Additional information: Values provided in this notice for individual Lots is based on the known Year 1 PPM cost only. Reactive works values are unknown year on year.
