It is the intention of the CCG that a single contract will be awarded to the successful provider following the completion of a selection process. This notice is intended to inform providers of the Commissioner’s intention to hold a market engagement event. The Wheelchair service which is put in place following the procurement process will assess and provide mobility equipment to residents of the area who have long-term mobility problems. It is the intention of the CCG that the contract put in place as a result of the procurement process will be for 3 years. The market engagement event will be held on Monday 12th September 2016 at 1030hrs. If your Organisation wishes to express an interest, they must register to attend through Arden & Greater East Midlands CSU’s Bravo portal. Providers will be asked to complete a short questionnaire aimed to gather initial thoughts from the market (including their opinions regarding the specification which will be available for download) and to gather their organisation’s details. Please ensure you register your interest by Wednesday 7th September at 1700hrs. If not already registered on the portal, you should register on the portal at: https:// ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk (registration and use of the website is free of charge). If already registered, you can use your existing registration. Once registered, you must express interest by: - logging-in to the Arden & GEM CSU e-Tendering portal, - selecting ‘PQQs Open to All Suppliers’, - search for and access listing related to this contract and view details, - click on Express Interest - Once you have expressed interest, the opportunity will appear in ‘My PQQs’ page where you can download documentation (if required) & construct your reply as instructed.
