The Council requires an extension to built to the existing school including the provision to accommodate an increase from three form entry to four form entry. The new build is to include additional teaching spaces and associated facilities, additional class rooms, car parking and an upgrade in dining and catering facilities, to be brought into use for the September 2016 school term. The form of contract shall be JCT STANDARD FORM (WITHOUT QUANTITIES) SBC/XQ 2011. Additional information: This is an OPEN tender process.
