A number of Devon County Council staff will be on site to give further information, answer any queries and help suppliers register on [supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk](https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk) The supplier drop-in events will be held between 10 am ? 3 pm on the following dates: Monday 7th December at Civic Centre, North Walk, Barnstaple, Devon, EX31 1EA, Thursday 10th December at Christie Room, Town Hall, Castle Circus, Torquay, TQ1 3DR, Tuesday 15th December at Larkbeare House, Topsham Road, Exeter, Devon, EX2 4NG Suppliers do not need to book in, they should just turn up on the day between the hours of 10 am ? 3 pm. If suppliers are unable to make any of the dates this will not hinder their chances of getting onto the Dynamic Purchasing System as all questions and answers from the supplier drop-in events will be logged and then published on [supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk](https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk) Additional information: Suppliers must 'Express an Interest' through [supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk](https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk) to enable them to view the PQQ documents.
