The purpose of this meeting will be to give the University and it's partners the opportunity to explain their desired outcomes in more detail and allow potential tenderers to ask questions in an open forum. A Prior Information Notice (PIN) has also been published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) in respect of this opportunity. This notice is issued solely for the purpose of conducting a market testing exercise and generally alerting the market to an anticipated procurement by the University.
