[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender This contract is for Alterations to the Aseptic Suite at Southport & Formby District General Hospital. ### The work comprises the following elements:- - Demolition and removal of redundant partitions, doors & ceilings, with alteration of existing built in desktops to suit the new wall layout. - Construction of new 30min Fire Resisting partitions to provide an Isolated Support Area. - Reinforcing existing partitions to provide 30min Fire Resistance. - Construction of a discrete gowning room at the new entrance to the Suite c/w washbasin & shoe rack. - Installation of Laboratory standard worktops, cupboards & shelving. - All necessary alterations to the Electrical, Lighting, Fire Alarm and Building Management Systems. - All necessary alterations to the Ventilation Plant to achieve the required increase in output to suit the new room configuration. - Installation of comfort cooling in the new Outer Support Area.
