The Trust requires the supplier to obtain reliable weather forecast data in order to implement consistenet and defensible decision making arrangements for precautionary salting, providing surety of treatment and protection against litigation.The supplier will be required to provide additional treatments on an ad-hoc basis within 8 hours of instruction from DHC representatives.
