The contract let as a result of this procurement will have an initial duration of one year (12 months) followed by an optional extension period of 0.5 years (6 months). Therefore if all extension options are used, the maximum (extended) contract period will be 1.5 years (18 months). The required start date for the new services is 1st October 2016. All submissions will be evaluated using the scoring criteria which is contained within the published tender documentation. All correspondence relating to this procurement throughout all stages of the process must be managed through the Arden & GEM CSU eTendering Procurement Portal Bravo only.
