[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](/opportunities/for-small-businesses)## About this tender Futures Housing Group (FHG) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and financially sound economic operator to design, build & Install three complete electronic Fire Panels systems within our housing schemes based in south Northamptonshire, the schemes are: ### Saxon House, Brixworth ### Warwick Court, Daventry ### Henry Smith House, Daventry The period of this contract will be three years including a six month initial period and with unilateral right to extend for a further period not exceeding three further years. The contract will include for the design, build and installation of fire alarm systems together with a 24/7 maintenance response during a warranty period. The successful bidder will be required to work within our buildings and tenant's homes to a high standard.
