This provision relates to a range of Cleaning and Hygiene Products being provided against a zero call off framework agreement between the supplier and the Ministry of Justice. The supplier will be required at all times to ensure sufficient stocks are maintained to fulfil orders placed by the Authority within the timescales contained within the contract.
