The proposed Contract is divided into two Lots covering each of the following services: - Lot 1 Marketing and Disposal of Land at Dove Way for commercial development - Lot 2 Marketing and Disposal of Land at Pennycroft Lane for residential development Applicants are invited to apply for both or either individual Lot.
