The scope of the Contract includes the replacement of parts and occasional partial and full system replacements. The scope of the Contract also includes testing and servicing of smoke alarms, carbon monoxide monitors Resident’s own gas appliances. The proposed duration of the Contract is 3 years with an option to extend for up to 2 additional years. ### Additional information: Instructions Potential Applicants are instructed to: • Download and read the Contract Documents to familiarise yourselves with WATMOS’ requirements. Potential Applicants wishing participate in this tender opportunity are instructed to: • Download and read the PQQ Instructions. • Download and complete the PQQ Document. • Submit a completed PQQ Document in accordance with the PQQ Instructions, noting the deadline submission of 14:00 hours on Monday 21st December 2015. Applicants are advised that the top 5 scoring PQQ submissions will be invited to participate in the ITT stage in early 2016.
