Such projects have recently included remodeling staff offices, refurbishing halls of residence and upgrading classroom facilities across the campus. Typically the schemes falling under this contract will be between £300 000 GBP and £5 000 000 GBP in value. The University of Worcester is seeking to invite suitable Principle Contractors (as defined by the CDM Regulations 2015) to participate in this procurement process.
