The Contract Term will be for 18 months with a maximum price per vaccination of 10.00 GBP. The contract term reflects the opportunity for NHS England to review wider procurement (s) options across North Yorkshire & York as similar contracts reach the end of their term. Based on a total population of approximately 7,258 and achievement of the KPIs within the service specification, the maximum contract value for the duration of the contract is 102,315 GBP. The basic principles that mirror that of the Open Procurement route will be followed for this procurement to test the capacity, capability, and technical competence of tenderers in accordance with The Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended).
