Under the co-commissioning arrangements in place from April 2015, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) have either delegated or joint responsibility. - Lot 1 NHS England on behalf of NHS Durham, Dales, Easington and Sedgefield Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) propose to commission an Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) contract (currently delivered as Wingate Medical Centre) and are inviting suitably qualified providers to deliver these services. The list size of the practice is approximately 2761 patients and the service receives patients from Wingate, Wheatley Hill, Thornley, Shotton Colliery, Haswell, Station Town, Hutton Henry, Trimdon, Peterlee, Castle Eden, Horden, Blackhall and Sheraton. The aim of the service is to deliver essential, additional and enhanced services to registered patients from a premises located in Wingate Medical Centre, Front Street West, Wingate, County Durham, TS28 5PZ.
