The required information will be delivered to an agreed timetable and format to ensure that arrangements with individual practices enable the commissioners to work swiftly and in a targeted way to both pay the practices and target areas for improvement. The provider will report activity for each programme by practice to the commissioner on an agreed basis which provides both monthly and annual data as specified by the programme commissioners. Additional information: Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (CSW-JETS) for the administration of this procurement process.
