All work is currently being undertaken and therefore TUPE considerations will apply throughout Provision of cleaning services to internal and external of a range of housing schemes and our offices. External will include windows and some minor (eg litter pick) to surround of building A number of schemes will include lounge and kitchen areas and are occupied by vulnerable residents. ### A range of cleaning specifications will be required Enhanced DBS checks will be required on some schemes Number of buildings currently identified are circa 60 – in Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Additional information: The tender is run under the OJEU restricted procedures - the first stage application therefore is the PQQ - registration instructions are attached A maximum of 10 most appropriate submissions will be invited to tender. A maximum of 4 Framework places will be awarded.
