In addition it is intended to provide large TV screens to provide the public with access to, for example, sporting events at the following sites: Princess Gardens, Torquay Torre Abbey Meadow, Torquay Paignton Green The aim of the Bidder Events is to consult with providers on the best way forward in delivering this project to maximize income for the Authority and to give providers the opportunity to present and discuss their proposed solutions with the Authority's representatives.
