The main specification for the delivery of this contract is detailed in the framework agreement and will apply to this contract and it should be read in conjunction with this RFQ. This contract is for the care & support required in the 70 unit scheme at The Watchfactory Albany Road, Prescot, L34 2SD which consists of 1 and 2 bedroom properties on three levels; 54 rented apartments, 10 bungalows and 6 Shared Ownership bungalows. The properties are owned by Knowsley Housing Trust (KHT) and the tenants have tenancy agreements with KHT.
