Specific requirements of this tender are to: Modernise our health and fitness offer and tailor the approach to best fit our members and customer’s needs. Bespoke our approach to provide the very best solutions for each of the facilities included in this tender. Use employee, demographic and market segmentation insights to support our approach to attracting and retaining new customers/members from the local community to improve business performance and impact on broader outcomes which are summarised in the strategic context section of this tender.
