The contract will be for a period of 2 years. A detailed requirements specification will be produced for each item of work to be drawn-down in order that a fixed price can be agreed based on the quoted rates. Additional information: All submissions shall comprise of the following documents: - Form of Tender (Section 5); - Tendering (Collusion) Certificate (Section 6); - Pricing Schedule (Section 7); - Response to Specification (Section 8); and - Checklist for a complete response (Section 9) ### Use of Electronic Tendering Tool 4.2 The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and all communications with the Council, including the submission of Tenderers?
