The works will involve: • Bespoke MRL design to maximise lift car size • Robust equipment • High quality equipment suitable for high usage • Energy efficient • Vandal resistant design • Water/damp resistant to suit Semi exposed conditions (IP54 rated) • Includes structural engineering design • Open protocol essential • Established maintenance provision in local area Comprehensive drawings and specifications will be issued to contractors and the works will be carried out under The Institution of Mechanical Engineers/The Institution of Electrical Engineers Model Form of Contracts MF/1(Rev. 5) Contractors must be a member of the LEIA or equivalent.
