The contract is to include carrying out ad-hoc structural repairs as identified and specified by the Council's appointed Structural Surveyor or officers of the Council, liaising with tenants and residents, carrying out survey and measurement and programming all works. It is intended that the Contract is awarded for the period February 2017-March 2021.
