The aim of the programme would be to facilitate a fundamental change in the culture of the trust to one where improving the quality of care provided is at the heart of all we do. Such a programme will be central to the Trust's long term strategy and allow it to effectively address the two major healthcare challenges we are facing, namely rising costs and variation in quality of care.
