The scope of this procurement includes: - Electrode Manufacturing (mixing, coating, and calendering) - Cell Assembly (Coin, single/multilayer pouch and cylindrical formats) - Electrochemical Performance Testing (including formation, cycling, GITT, EIS, and HPPC) The successful service provider(s) will receive slurry formulation compositions and/or coated electrodes, cell specifications, and testing protocols from CPI. The scope includes transforming these into finished, test-ready cells, delivering the subsequent electrochemical performance data, and providing technical consultation regarding cell-level optimization. We require a provider capable of delivering high-quality, reproducible fabrication and testing services with the flexibility to handle various liquid-electrolyte cell chemistries, primarily Li-ion, and extensible to Na-ion systems. To ensure data replicability, the provider must adopt a transparent, 'open-book' approach to baseline material specifications including material source and composition information.
