NS&I require a supplier that has expansive knowledge of the digital and fintech sector with comprehensive market coverage across challenger and incumbent banks. The supplier should be able to provide monitoring over an extensive list of competitors within the UK and around the world. Knowledge and learnings from other sectors (e.g. retailers, utility providers etc.) would be advantageous.
