To support the successful delivery of its strategic ambitions, Life Sciences Hub Wales wishes to appoint a specialist People, Culture and Organisational Development consultant (the successful supplier) to provide external insight and, most importantly, additional capacity. The purpose of this procurement is to secure additional capacity and wider insight to support the development of an organisational Change Management Plan, to include all relevant components and outputs. The successful supplier will support Life Sciences Hub Wales in developing and drafting the required Change Management Plan, building upon internal resource such as policies and strategies to design a suitably fit-for-purpose and effective plan.
