These must be provided within no less than 8 but no more than 9 properties. This will allow for a thorough matching process with each placement. Beds that will be within 24/7 staffed accommodation will provide 10 support hours per person per week included in the cost. Beds that will be within floating supported accommodation will provide 3 support hours per person per week included in the cost. As a minimum, 80% of these contracted beds must be within the Borough, with the remaining 20% to be within a 6-mile radius of the Civic Centre 2 Watling Street Bexleyheath DA6 7AT, south side of the River Thames.
