The route to market finalised to source this service was ESPO framework - Property, Building and Infrastructure Advice and Management Services (2664\_26) - Lot 4 - South of England. The Authority awarded the call off contract for a period of 7 years, including the extension option, because the requirement was for the SAIF to be treated as a programme to deliver works prgramme across its estate, identified in the SAIF.
