The contract comprises the provision of high-quality communal grounds maintenance services including grass cutting (Cut & Fly and Cut & Collect), Maintenance of landscaped areas, beds and planters. The successful contractor(s) will be required to deliver a customer-focused service that ensures all communal areas are maintained to a clean, safe, tidy and visually attractive standard, whilst complying with all relevant health and safety, environmental and safeguarding requirements.
