At Towler’s Court, the Works will also include external works to provide seven new parking spaces, including associated groundworks, drainage, surfacing, kerbing and landscaping/reinstatement as required. The Works will be undertaken within existing occupied residential properties, and the Contractor shall allow for maintaining safe access and minimising disruption to residents throughout the duration of the Works.
