The site consists of 3 main buildings with a total floor area of circa 22,000 sqm. The purpose of this exercise is to understand the solutions currently available in the market, developments in technology and potential delivery models, before the College determines its final requirements and procurement approach. This exercise is not a call for competition or a commitment to undertake a procurement exercise. Information received will be used to help the College develop its requirements and inform any future procurement. More information on the requirements is available via the PME document.
