The children's rights and advocacy service will be available to all Stockport children and young people who have a Social Worker, or a Personal Adviser. Children and young people aged between 0-25 can be supported. This will include children and young people subject to a Team around the Child Plan at Tier 3; children and young people subject to a Child Protection Plan, looked after children, and those young people who have a Pathway Plan.
