The scope of the agreement includes the survey, design, manufacture, supply, installation, replacement of communal entrance doors. The Contract will include a range of door types and associated components, including steel, aluminium, timber, composite and UPVC door sets, glazing, curtain walling and door entry access control systems. All works must comply with current Building Regulations, relevant British Standards, fire safety requirements, accessibility requirements, and Secured by Design standards.
