The design and print service contract is managed by Corporate Communications Service on behalf of the Council. The services are made accessible to all team across the directorates. A procured provider offers a streamlined process, brand management, consistent quality, and cost efficiency The contract provides design services from high end concept design to basic art-working. This is achieved by working with both the corporate communications team and officers within directorates who self-serve for art-working and print requirements. The current contract is provided in two lots, and this is required in the new contract: • Lot 1: Design and print – This consist of art working, design, concept work and print services. • Lot 2: Reprographic.
