The two schemes are tendered as separate contracts under a competitive flexible procedure - single Pre-Selection Questionnaire and shortlist to tender. This exercise is designed to gauge market interest and capacity, and to collect insight on two specific points ahead of tender: the proposed approach to contract insurance, and the impact of the site conditions and programme on preliminaries. Interested contractors should express their interest through the Council's ProContract portal and will be invited to a presentation session covering the scope, programme and site information for both schemes. ## CPV classification Construction work Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-077c2d-2026-09-29T11:13:00+01:00 [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-077c2d-2026-09-29T11:13:00+01:00) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
