Each framework has a different purpose, supplier profile and award mechanism, but together they are intended to give the Council a joined-up route to market for the full lifecycle of its property-related work - from a day-to-day repair to a major capital scheme and the professional advice that supports it. This Planned Works Council wishes to appoint a number of Contractors across five (5) Lots. The intention is to enter into the Planned & Capital Works Framework agreement in April 2027 for a period of four years.
